You can plan your journey with your smartphone maps applications (Google or Apple maps etc.) or the Dutch public transport website http://9292.nl/en# (it will inform you about disruptions, such as strikes et cetera). For using all public transport (train, tram, bus, metro, ferry, etc.), you can check in using a pin- or debitcard or buy an ‘OV-chipkaart’.

You can take any (light rail) tram heading to Science Park P+R (tram nr  21, and also 20 & 22 departing from tram stop Utrecht CS Centrumzijde)

Before boarding the tram hold the ‘OV-chipkaart’ in front of the card reader on the pole on the platform to check in.

Step out at tram stop Heidelberglaan (6th stop after CS Jaarbeursplein. This takes approximately 15 minutes.) Don’t forget to check out at one of the yellow poles on the platform.

The start will be in the lecture hall on the ground floor while the workshops are on the first floor (stairs on your left after entering the building) There is also an elevator behind the stairs around the corner to the right.
